Grilled pork chop with spicy onions
4 4 large Yukon gold potatoes
4 8oz Pork loin chops
1 2 Large white onions
50g Butter
100ml Dark beer
100ml Just Smokin'
Marinate the pork chops in Just Smokin' for approx 1 hour (Or more if you like) Cook the potatoes in salted water (always use cold water) and once cooked mash with half the butter.
While the potatoes are cooking in a heavy bottomed pot add the onions and the other half of the butter the beer and the Just Smokin'. be careful not to over heat the pot or they will burn....(you have been told) and cook until the onions are soft.
Grill the pork chops to your liking and allow to rest. divide the potatoes between 4 plates and top with a pork chop finish with the spiced onions and a dollop of sour cream.
